RETURN & REFUND POLICY
01. OUR QUALITY COMMITMENT
Every NETRO piece is made-to-order. Nothing exists until you place the order. This process ensures exclusive quality, but it also means we can’t put items back on a shelf.
All sales are final unless there is a verified manufacturing issue.
That said, we stand behind our work. If a product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will review the case and make it right.
02. WHAT QUALIFIES FOR RETURN OR REFUND
We will review return or refund requests case-by-case and may approve them only in the following situations:
Manufacturing defects: Major printing errors, misprints, design misalignment, or severe color defects
Structural damage: Item arrives torn, unstitched, or otherwise unwearable
Wrong item sent: You received a different size, color, or product than ordered
03. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
Order number
Photos or video showing the defect or issue
A detailed description of the problem
Send your request to Bnkco.fx@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return/Refund Request."
04. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once we receive your request, we will:
Review your case within 5-7 business days
Approve or deny your request and notify you via email
Provide return instructions if approved (prepaid shipping label included)
Process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
05. SHIPPING COSTS
If your return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we cover return shipping. If you're returning an item for any other reason (and we approve it), you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
06. REFUND METHOD
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
07. EXCHANGES
We don't offer direct exchanges, but if your return is approved, you can place a new order once your refund is processed.
08. FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
