This intentional approach eliminates overstock, reduces our environmental footprint, and allows us to give full attention to the quality and detail of your piece. This isn't fast fashion—it's future-focused design.

02. PREPARATION PROCESS

Typically 24–48 business hours from  the time of order confirmation
During this time, your item is produced, inspected, and prepared for shipment.

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Note: During high-demand launch periods, production may take slightly longer. We prioritize precision over speed.

03. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Total delivery time = Preparation Phase + Shipping Time

04. International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after production, depending on destination, carrier, and local customs processing.

05. TRACKING & MODIFICATIONS

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our production facility, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you created an account at checkout, tracking details will also be available there.

Please note: Carriers may take 24–48 hours to update tracking after pickup. This delay is normal. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate.

Order Changes

Please double-check your details—including name, contact, shipping address, and size—before checking out. Need help? Contact us before placing your order.

Cancellations & Edits: Because we move quickly into production, you may request to modify or cancel your order only within one hour of placement. After this window, the garment has entered the fulfillment queue and cannot be changed.

06. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

NETRO does not control or estimate customs fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.

We complete all customs documentation accurately in compliance with international law and cannot modify declared values.

07. DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check surrounding areas and with household members first. Then contact us promptly. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which typically takes 24–72 hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a defect or the wrong item, contact us within 2 days with your order number and clear photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or unpaid customs duties, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

08. FORCE MAJEURE

NETRO is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, carrier delays, or disruptions in supply chain or production facilities.
